Process Performance provides an integrating software layer which brings together data from disparate, incompatible and sometimes proprietary third-party systems.  This enables IA clients to easily measure, manage and optimise its operations in near-real-time, from a local, regional, and corporate perspective. Process Performance adds a calculation engine to the process plant data to significantly add value to the raw collected and entered data.

Process Performance has a reporting engine that allows its users to define and configure the summary and detailed reports needed for the system. Once the routine reporting is automated, Connected Process clients can then utilise the DAS tool to perform analysis and comparison of plant performance.

The IA products have at their core a strong, flexible and genuinely global database model that is not constrained by language, time zones, unit of measure, currency, organisational structure or commodity.

The Process Performance system architecture separates data acquisition, data storage and reporting components, which allows for the easy integration of the latest or enhanced data acquisition systems and manual recording systems.

Third party systems commonly integrated with Process Performance such as process control, process historian and monitoring systems capture a vast quantity and detail of raw data. By correlating key sources of raw data and applying business rules, validation and combined data warehousing, Process Performance successfully transforms raw data into vital information helping to drive business decisions.

The Process Performance Bulk Material Delivery module is for mining operations that are more focussed on large tonnage bulk material tracking. It is well suited to Iron Ore and Coal but can be utilised in many other bulk commodities. The system provides reports and flow diagrams that keep an overview of the current state and provide everyone in the chain the most current picture. It is also able to provide all the routine reporting requirements
