Connected Mine Performance: Mine Production Reporting Software
Bring fleet, drill and blast, geology, survey, consumables and maintenance data into one validated store, then report it the same way across every shift, site and region.
Bring fleet, drill and blast, geology, survey, consumables and maintenance data into one validated store, then report it the same way across every shift, site and region.
Fleet management, drill systems, grade control and spreadsheets each hold part of the picture. Without one validated store, every report starts with a reconciliation.
Pre-built interfaces to the systems most mines already use, plus manual web entry for everything else.
This is the connector library for the whole Connected Mine platform. Plant and historian systems also feed Connected Process Performance, and spatial data feeds Connected Spatial Intelligence. Connected Mine Performance uses the systems below.
●Cat MineStar●Modular Dispatch●Wenco●Jigsaw●Pitram●Cat VisionLink●Loadrite
●Cat Terrain●Modular ProVision●Jigsaw●Trimble DPS900
●Cat Health●Modular MineCare●Fuel management systems
●Planning packages and Excel●Grade control packages
Each module matches a discipline on site, and they all report from the same data.
Every cycle and time event from your fleet management system, with payload, distance, operator, location, material and grade.
Drilling, explosives, blast design and broken stocks, compared with design and plan.
Grade attached to every movement, survey factoring, and mill-to-mine and reserve-to-mine reconciliation.
Stockpile tonnes and grades with FIFO, FILO and weighted average, keeping the original block estimate through the flow.
A validated store for budget, plan and target data, so every report compares actuals with plan.
Fuel, oils, lubricants, tyres and GET, compared with equipment hours, loads and distances.
Collection and reporting of underground ground support data, from web entry or third-party systems.
Maintenance time, machine health and maintenance consumables, compared with production and time.
Every load, cycle and time event from your fleet, validated and reported the same way every shift.
Loading summary: material moved, availability, cycle times, payload and hourly tonnes by loader
Time usage waterfall: calendar time to value productive hours
Payload by loader, material and hauler
Drilling summary: metres, penetration rate and availability by drill, with hole accuracy for each shot
Every hole, blast and consumable recorded and compared with design and plan.
Shot summary: design vs actual and powder factor
Drilling profile: hole map and downhole data for every hole
Machine-reported tonnes corrected by measured truth, so plan, mine and mill finally agree.
Daily reconciliation: mine-estimated and mill-measured tonnes and grade
Survey, stockpile and metal balance corrections applied along the flow
Follow every tonne from the mine block to the ship, with grades you can trust at month end.
Stockpile composition by material and source block
Stockpile adjustments, each recorded with a comment
Raw data from every system is correlated, validated and run through your business rules before anyone reports on it.
Your rules are applied the same way at every site, so a tonne is a tonne everywhere.
Surveys are stored as a factor on each relevant cycle, so raw data is never changed.
Not constrained by language, time zone, unit of measure, currency, organisational structure or commodity.
Routine reports are automated, so your people move from building reports to analysing performance.
What is Connected Mine Performance?
Connected Mine Performance is the mining module of the Connected Mine platform. It brings production, drill and blast, geology, survey, consumables and maintenance data into one validated store and automates routine mine reporting.
Which fleet management systems does it connect to?
It interfaces with the most common fleet management systems, including Cat MineStar, Modular Dispatch, Wenco, Jigsaw and Pitram, with manual entry available for all production data.
Does it handle drill and blast data?
Yes. It records and reports drilling, hole accuracy, downhole data, explosives, blast design, shot summaries and broken stocks, compared with design and plan.
How does it handle survey reconciliation?
Surveys are stored as a factor on each relevant cycle, so raw data is never changed. Reports compare survey, truck factor and payload, and trend survey factors over time.
Can it track stockpiles?
Yes. Product tracking estimates stockpile tonnes and grades using FIFO, FILO or weighted average, and keeps the original mine block estimate through the flow.
How does it fit with the rest of Connected Mine?
It is one module of the Connected Mine platform. Pair it with Connected Process Performance for mine-to-mill reconciliation, and Connected Data Analysis Services for dashboards.
Bring your fleet, drill and survey data together, and see it running on your own operation.
