In the midst of the uncertainty of the past weeks regarding the COVID-19 situation, I wanted to reach out on behalf of everyone at Information Alignment with the hope that you, your company’s employees, and your families are safe and healthy.
We have two primary priorities at the moment and the first is to help reduce the spread and the impact of this public health crisis. Secondly, we must maintain the levels of support and services to our customer base and the products and tools we provide you and your site. We want to assure you that our support and implementation teams are available and committed to meet that obligation during these unprecedented times.

On the 18th of March, and subsequent to a number of government decisions around the world regarding border closures since, our Directors made the decision to suspend any international travel for our personnel to ensure their safety and security.
Domestic travel will only be approved in the most urgent of situations where remote resolution is not possible.
This decision was not taken lightly; however, we acted as per our emergency response plan. Today, we are all practicing social distancing and other responsible hygiene practices as well as allowing staff, who are functionally able, to work remotely from their homes. Those who have returned from international travel are also self-isolating at the Australian government’s direction
We want to assure you that going forward we are still ‘open for business and to ensure the safety of our consultants and personnel at our clients’ sites, we have transitioned from some site-based services to providing our services remotely for the time being. We are also a technology company and can operate and access data remotely where required and with the assistance of customer IT divisions. We will maintain the same standards of attention, professionalism, and service that you’ve come to expect from Information Alignment personnel. We will continue to provide these services to our clients remotely, leveraging the dynamic abilities of our people. We will continue to communicate while we deliver services via webex enabled video and voice conferencing.
